Culture and Recreation Park in Pasvalys

This park was started in 1923 late it was expanded and now it already takes up the area of 70 ha. From 1986 to 1988 local folk artists made it more diverse by placing oak statues with folk and mythological motives. There is a summer stage and an amphitheatre for spectators. In summer various cultural events take place in the park. There is a sports ground, a stadium and summer houses for accommodation of sportsmen.
