Monument to the partisans of the village Mediniai

On the 6th July 2007, in Mediniai village was unveiled a monument for two partisans killed on the 18th April 1945. The monument was built on the death spot of two partisans – Jonas Jasėnas and Petras Baltulis. A department of Lithunian Riflemen Union in Pasvalys led by Mr. Algis Kalvėnas and a killed partisan Petras Baltulis‘ wife Marija Baltulienė took care to commemorate the dead partisans. The Pasvalys parish priest Dean Algis Neverauskas consecrated the monument.
