Cross to the village of Grūžiai

This oak Cross in memory of Grūžiai village stands on the beautiful hill, near the entrance to the village. It was unveiled on the 20th November 2009 to commemorate the millennium of Lithuania's name. This symbol was carved by a folk artist Vytautas Jackūnas and consecrated by a priest Raimundas Simonaitis.
