Memorial plaque to volunteers who fought for Lithuania’s freedom in 1919–1920 in the village of Daujėnai

This plaque was unveiled in December 2014. It is fixed on a wall of Daujėnai Holy Name of Jesus Church.Ten names of volunteers are engraved on this plaque, which was consecrated by Bishop Jonas Kauneckas. It is made by an exemplary design of a sculptor Stasys Žirgulis.
