Monument for disidents Antanas and Povilas Pyragiai at the church of Pasvalys
The monument commemorates disidents Antanas and Povilas Pyragiai who were killed on February 22, 1946, in Jurgeniškiai village.The monument was put in place in December, 2014 outside the church of Pasvalys, on the river Lėvuo. It's a typical monument for disidents – a triangular pole built on the round concrete postament with the pattern of Vytis cross on the top. The author of the monument is Romas Navickas.
